Recently, the Hyderabad Commissioner’s Task Force team seized 115-pirated Hindi version DVDs of recently released film Baahubali along with the two culprits who were caught in illegal transaction of pirated DVDs. With piracy becoming the cautious issue; the regional office of the Censor Board has now arrested three temporary staff in connection with the circulation of pirated copy of Malayalam blockbuster film Premam.
According to the reports, anti piracy cell of the state police, caught three members Kumaran (28) of Kovalam and Arun Kumar (24), Lithin (25) from Nedumangad near Thiruvananthapuram after they found that the film which was uploaded on the internet has a watermark of the Censor Board copy. This made police to suspect of Censor Board staff involvement in this matter.

After police investigated the entire thing, they found the three temporary staff of the regional Censor Board office were involved with the piracy of the films. Soon cops raided the regional office to find the culprit that confirmed their suspicion. Officials informed that they have got solid evidence against the arrested.
Despite of making so many efforts against piracy, the act of piracy is being the caution and serious issue in the society for the filmmakers as well as now for the Censor Board also. The whole point of the above incident makes that cinema fraternity should come together to stop the piracy of the films as it makes a great loss for the filmmakers too.
