MUMBAI: BIG Cinemas launched India’s longest traveling fan mail during the theatrical trailer launch event of the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Ra.One.
The 3600 feet long fan mail was personally launched by Khan and will now travel across 50 BIG Cinemas properties for collecting audience wishes and messages for Khan.
The first two SRK fans to sign the fan mail in his presence were the winners of the contest hosted by BIG Cinemas on its official Facebook fan page.
The traveling fan mail would be presented to Shah Rukh Khan before the release of Ra.One. BIG Cinemas is will set a new Limca Book Record with this exclusive activation.
The first theatrical promo of Ra.One was showcased for the first time at BIG Cinemas in Mumbai on the IMAX screen format. The movie is produced by Eros International and Red Chillies Entertainments and is directed by Anubhav Sinha. The movie stars Arjun Rampal and Kareena Kapoor alongside Khan. The movie is slated to release on 26 October, 2011.
