MUMBAI: Eros International plc CEO Jyoti Deshpande will be taking a sabbatical leave from the Company for an anticipated six months with effect from 1 January, 2011.
This follows a successful year with significant corporate activity, including the Indian IPO, which completed in October.
Deshpande will remain as a director of the company and its Indian listed subsidiary Eros International Media Limited during her sabbatical leave.
Eros International executive chairman Kishore Lulla will resume his previously held role as chairman and CEO.
