MUMBAI: With the Indian Premiere League (IPL) slated to begin in just a couple of days, NDTV Imagine’s Ghar Ki Baat Hai, which is produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s television company Red Chillies Idiot Box, is gearing up to cheer the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

Juhi Babbar as Radhika Yagnik is shown as die hard fan of SRK and Ali Asgar is playing her cousin Bittu, who is made to wear clothes purchased by Radhika while shopping for IPL. She makes Bittu promote KKR since Kaku played by Swapnil Joshi is not at home and she wants to cheer for Kolkata Knight Riders.

Ali Asgar says, "It was fun to shoot this episode. I get to play different characters in each episode and its fantastic subtle comedy."

Ghar Ki Baat Hai creative director Bhavana Sresth says, "Juhi Babbar is shown as die hard SRK fan and makes Ali Asgar wear the stuff she purchases while shopping. Ali is playing Bittu her cousin and the woman liberation attitude creates hilarious situations besides her forcing Bittu to get into the cricketer’s groove."

The episode will be telecast on Saturday.
