MUMBAI: In an effort to promote net banking, HDFC Bank has tied up with BIGFlix.com DVD Rentals. All customers registering for net banking services will get a free trail from BIGFlix DVD Rentals for a period of 14 days.
BIGFlix.com offers HDFC Bank net banking customers cardholders a special offer on the Rs 375 one month one disc subscription plan.
HDFC Trial offer started in 18 branches in Mumbai from 14 June. The procedure is to sign in for the HDFC Net Banking and get a BIGFlix.com 14 day free trial offer. If the customer cancels within the 14 days BIGFlix.com will pay the entire amount back to him.
BIGFlix currently has more than 50 standalone stores and 52 shop-in-shop format stores with Reliance Web World across 10 cities namely, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata and Indore. The company plans to have 200 stores in minimum 10 cities by March 2009.
