Khosla Ka Ghosla to compete at Asia Fest

MUMBAI: UTV’s Khosla Ka Ghosla has been invited to filmAsia to be held in Graz, Austria between 13 and 17 April 2007, where it will compete with other Asian masterpieces.


filmASIA is the new dimension of a film festival in Austria and Europe and aims to make an important contribution to the development of synergies with the Asian market, film industry and culture.


Khosla Ka Ghosla, that bagged honours for the best original screenplay award at the Kara festival held in Karachi in December 2006 and at this year’s Screen awards won the Ramnath Goenka award for path-breaking cinema. The film portrays how a middle class family fights a builder using his own tricks of trade. The film stars Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Praveen Dabbas, Ranvir Shorey and Tara Sharma.
