PVR appoints Sanjay Khanna as additional director

Mumbai: PVR Ltd has appointed Sanjay Khanna as an additional director on the Board of the Company.
 
Khanna’s appointment is with effect from 15 April, 2008. He replaces Amit Burman, who resigned from the company’s board on 24 January, 2008.
