MUMBAI: Ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar watched a special screening of the forthcoming film 3 Idiots along with his wife and friends on 11 December, 2009 at Ketnav preview theatre.
The preview was held as a part of a bigger plan, wherein Tendulkar provided the first clue to the media and the public in general about where they can find Aamir Khan.
For the uninitiated, Khan kicked off an alternative reality game (ARG), wherein he will travel in disguise across the country and leave seven clues over the next 14 days.
Tendulkar, who was very impressed with the film, said, "The film is fantastic and it’s one of the best films that I’ve ever watched. It has all the elements of humor, action, emotion and even the locations all over India are really good. All the actors; Aamir, Madhavan, Sharman, Kareena and Boman have done a really good job in the film."
Tendulkar added that the characters played by Aamir, Madhavan and Sharman and their histrionics brought back memories of his own wonder years.
Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, 3 Idiots is slated to release on 25 December, 2009.
