MUMBAI: Tips Industries has sold non exclusive satellite premier rights of Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani to Colors, the VCD and DVD rights to Shemaroo Home Video and the Air Bourne rights to Fair Deal.
The movie is produced by Ramesh Taurani and directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi and stars Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles.
Tips Industries chairman and managing director Kumar Taurani says, "Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahani has been one of the biggest hits this year and we’re all really proud. So when we decided to sell the television premier and home video rights of the movie, we wanted to make the deal with the best in the business. It has always been our priority to associate our projects with the finest."
The film released on 6 November, 2009.
