MUMBAI: UTV World Movies in association with International Stand-up Comedy will be bringing the comedy hypnotist Alan Bates to India, on 4 December,2009 at St. Andrew’s Auditorium, Bandra and 5 December, 2009 at Sophia Bhabha Hall, Breach Candy.
UTV World Movies business head Sameer Ganapathy says, “We have always believed in bringing the best formats of experiences for our consumers both on air and on ground both through cinema and unique initiatives. After the immense success of ‘Music & Movies Nights’ we have invited Alan Bates the famous comedy hypnotist from U.K.. We are confident that the audience in Mumbai will be enthralled with Alan’s talent and look forward to celebrate with our patrons the 200th show of Class of ‘84 on 12 December, 2009 as well.”
Quill Potter, International Stand-up Comedy says, “India is in for a special treat. Comedy hypnotism has never been seen before in India let alone Mumbai. Alan is very excited to be here and we are excited to have him. I think Indians are really going to enjoy what Alan does.
