MUMBAI: After sporting an au naturel look in director Kabir Khan’s film ‘New York’ (2009), upon the director’s insistence, she has gone a step further for the upcoming Eid release Salman Khan starrer ‘Ek Tha Tiger’. Not only will she have a no make-up look, she will also use clothes from her own wardrobe. She will be dressed like an average city girl – in many ways, much like her off screen personality.
In contrast, in Yash Chopra’s next with Shah Rukh Khan, she will have an ultra chic appearance, where her wardrobe even during a casual stroll in the park, will require attention to detail. This would be very typical for a Yash Chopra heroine.
A source close to both the projects says, “The difference between Katrina’s look in ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and Yashji’s film is the difference between the girl next door and the girl next door to the most romantic guy.”
