After “The Dirty Picture”, “Kahaani” was Vidya’s next project and well, it again turned out to be another victory for the actress.  Directed by Sujoy Ghosh, a suspense thriller film “Kahaani” proved to be a mind-blowing movie that had everything in it. A proper package with mind tickling story, superb direction and eye popping performance. Vidya grabbed everyone’s attention with her role in the film. She played a role of a pregnant land-based-software-engineer, who lands up in Kolkata in her quest to find her husband. “Kahaani” got Vidya her next ‘Filmfare Award’ for “Best Actress”.

Vidya Balan have so far played each and every role with utter perfection and have done every bit of justice with the story and the character. The actress, who married film producer Siddharth Roy Kapur in 2012, will be next seen in Mohit Suri’s “Humari Adhuri Kahani”.
