Alia’s performance was highly appreciated and enjoyed by the audience present at the awards night. The ‘Shaandaar’ actress, who stole the show with her mind blowing performance, unfortunately suffered from major burns.

The Big Star Entertainment Awards event was held in Mumbai and was attended by all the celebrities. The star studded awards night saw Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and many more A list celebs at the event. Alia Bhatt performed on a mix of her hit songs. The actress made the onlookers drool with her performance on the songs from the films ‘2 States’, ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ etc. There were fireworks for the actress’ performance. However, the surplus amount of fireworks on stage caused Alia some burns on her hand. This didn’t stop her at all. The pretty diva sportingly completed her performance and then was rushed to get treated.
Since her performance on Sunday, everyone has been waiting for Alia to speak up about her injuries and whether the burns were severe or not. On December 15, 2015, Alia took to twitter to speak up on her health. This is what the actress had to say.

Well, all we can hope is for Alia to get well soon. On work front, Alia Bhatt is currently busy with her back to back shoots; the beautiful star will soon be seen in the film ‘Kapoor & Sons Since 1921′ opposite Sidharth Malhotra and Fawad Khan.
