KOLKATA: Bollywood’s most charming young superstar Ranbir Kapoor has recently confessed that he has gotten used to awkward questions about his personal life.
Spotted at a promotional event for his upcoming film ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, directed by Ayan Mukherjee, Ranbir chose to field questions about his life and relationships in the right spirit. Seen in a lively sky blue blazer, white tee and jeans, the Kapoor family scion was all heart and energy at the event, even breaking into an impromptu jig.
Said Ranbir candidly, “My personal life should be on guard. I will not keep it open. I am not on any social networking sites and I won’t be there also. I work very hard as an actor and I try roles so that my character entertains the public. I once felt awkward and bad with such questions (about his personal life). Now I have understood it’s part and parcel of our film industry.”
Even touching upon his relationship with his ex-girlfriend Deepika Padukone, who is his co-star in ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, Ranbir admits: “We work individually as actors. So Deepika and I had no problem working together.”
Ranbir was spotted at Mumbai airport, after his promotional stint in Kolkata. He was seen in a dapper black leather jacket, jeans and a basic black tee.
