MUMBAI: Bollywood fitness junkie Bipasha Basu has walked away with the Stardust 2013 Style Icon of the Year Award.
At the award show held at suburban Mumbai on Saturday, Bipasha ‘Break Free’ Basu who has fast become a fitness icon for people across the country, bagged the Style Icon award. Wearing a vintage saffron-yellow strapless from the Gucci Spring 2013 collection a rich gold necklace, Bipasha said, “I love trying out new styles. I don’t believe in monotony or playing safe and that always works for me.”
This is not the first time the actress has taken home an award for her sartorial choices. She consecutively won MTV’s Most Stylish Female from 2005 to 2012. She also has bagged the NDTV Fittest star and The Global Indian Film and Television Award: Style Icon.
Bipasha Basu who’s last ‘Raaz 3’ turned out to be a sleeper hit in 2012, is back with her next ‘Aatma’ in the horror genre, and will also feature in Salman Khan starrer ‘No Entry Mein Entry’.
