MUMBAI: Bollywood’s very own ‘Dabangg’ actor Salman Khan was spotted at a film screening in the city recently.
Seen in a sky blue ‘Being Human’ tee and grey trousers, the macho superstar looked a bit peeved at being photographed. Missing was his characteristic half-smile and pout, which he adopts while being clicked by the paparazzi.
He also looked a wee bit tired, perhaps from all the travel miles he’s been clocking regularly. Recently, the superstar was in Ludhiana, to launch a ‘Being Human’ store but was reportedly peeved at the poor handling and security at the event. A mob of unruly fans reportedly had created a chaos outside the store, in order to catch a glimpse of their favourite hero.
Salman has also been travelling around the country, promoting his charity ‘Being Human’ NGO. His foundation has even pledged to help the drought-affected areas in Maharashtra.
Reportedly, ‘Being Human’ foundation provided 2500 water tankers to the district of Marathwada, which has been severely hit by drought crisis.
Said Beed Residential District Collector B M Kamble, “We have received an e-mail that Beed district will get 750 water tanks from ‘Being Human’ foundation. We have informed the Divisional Commissioner for distribution of these tanks.”
