GOA: It was a power-packed performance by International music sensation, DJ David Guetta. And his Indian fans were most certainly swept off their feat, with his amazing electro-dance house set.
Guetta performed at the grand finale of Superstar India, an intellectual property of Percept Live, which offers recognition to Indian DJs, on Dec 8th at the Candolim beach, Goa. The Grammy Award-winning DJ David Guetta was extremely happy to be back in India. This was his second visit to the country, and by Guetta’s own admission his last concert was “stellar” and he is “ecstatic” about coming here again.
Said a visibly excited Guetta, “I am excited to play for the second time in India. The sun, sand and sea bring out the true performer in me and I’m looking forward to showcase something my fans have never seen before.”
The 45-year-old’s maiden visit to India was back in March this year, where the DJ performed in Pune, Bangalore and the capital of New Delhi as part of the second edition of the Eristoff Invasion tour.
David Guetta revealed his fond memories of his last India trip, “My last concert was stellar and with all the support I’ve received from my Indian fans, I’m ecstatic to come back again to perform. This will be a very special tour.”
Fans at Candolim in Goa grooved to his greatest hits, the chart topping dance numbers like ‘One love’, ‘I gotta feeling’, ‘Titanium’, ‘When love takes over, ‘Gettin over you’ And ‘Sexy bitch’ amongst others. The party went on till the wee hours of the morning
