MUMBAI: Yesteryear star Dharmendra and son Bobby Deol were spotted on sets of popular reality show ‘Dance India Dance’ to promote their upcoming home production ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana 2′.
The father and son duo joined bollywood choreographers Marzi Pestonji and Farah Khan to judge the audition rounds of DID Supermoms, here.
Said the the 77-year-old actor, “All the heroes are like my kids. Hrithik Roshan has his own style, Shah Rukh Khan has his own way. I see a lot of myself in Salman. He is very good. He is emotional and a good dancer.”
Directed by Sangeeth Sivan, ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana 2’, a sequel to 2011 hit ‘Yamla Pagla Deewana’ hits theatres June 7.
“I used to tell Sunny to learn dance, but he used to say, ‘Papa when you didn’t learn dance, why should I?’ But if you see him now in the upcoming movies, he has become good. He is now learning and I am happy that he is taking interest,” Dharmendra said.
Dressed in a black suit, Dharmendra looked dapper and happy to mingle with contestants. Bobby Deol wore faded denims over a jacket.
