Bollywood veteran actress Reema Lagoo passed away today morning after suffering from cardiac arrest.
After Vinod Khanna, Bollywood industry has lost one more talented actor. This morning, industry woke up with the news of Bollywood Veteran actor Reema Lagoo’s sad demise. Known for playing mother’s roles in blockbusters like Maine Pyar Kiya, Aashiqui, Saajan, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun, Vaastav, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Hum Saath Saath Hain, Reema passed away today morning.
According to reports, Reema Lagoo passed away after suffering heart attack at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. Her son-in-law Vinay Waikul confirmed her death to the media in the morning.

Reema Lagoo was born Gurinder Bhadbhade in 1958.Her mother was actress Mandakini Bhadbhade who was known for the drama Lekure udand Jaahalee on the Marathi stage. Lagoo’s acting abilities were noted when she was a student at the Huzurpaga HHCP High School in Pune.
Her professional acting started soon after finishing high school. Her first acting job was on the Marathi stage
Reema was married to Marathi actor Vivek Lagoo. However, the couple separated later. The couple has a daughter together.
