Inder Kumar is an innocent man according to his wife Pallavi Kumar Saraf and has been framed in the rape case.
Now Inder Kumar has been in police custody for allegedly raping a twenty three year old model who stated that she has not only raped but thrashed and hit her with a beer bottle. She had burn wounds on her body indicating that the actor burnt her with his cigarettes. She even alleged that Inder Kumar had raped her twice after promising to give her lead roles in films.
Inder Kumar’s wife Pallavi Kumar Saraf strongly believes that her husband is being falsely accused and is being framed. She feels that the police is falsely keeping Inder Kumar in custody and they are doing nothing in order to collect evidence as to what happened in real.
“I would like to say that my husband is innocent and the allegations put on my husband are false. The girl who is claiming that Inder has raped her was willingly staying with my husband from April 21, 2014 to April 24, 2014 in his house. I am really sorry to say but I am getting no help from police officials.” stated Pallavi Kumar in her statement.
Well if this is true then why did Inder Kumar willingly allow a stranger into his apartment and also let her stays for four days. Well Pallavi agrees that her husband did make a mistake but then is very sure that he is being framed.

This is what Pallavi Kumar Saraf had to say, or should we say this is her side of the story:
The girl first met Inder Kumar at Gold’s Gym, Heera Panna and introduced herself as an actress and also told him that she has bagged a film opposite Ali Zafar, which will go on floors from May 2014. She requested Inder to train her, as she will not be able to afford the membership of Gold’s Gym for another month. Inder first refused but after constant persuasion, told her that he will get back to her after discussing this with his wife.
Inder came home and forgot about it but one day he suddenly realised about it and discussed with Pallavi about this girl from Chandigarh. Pallavi allowed Inder to train her at their place but little did she know what was going to happen next.
After few days the girl came home and started throwing tantrums that she won’t be able to start the gym regime from the first day, as she’s not keeping well. Inder then prepared a diet chart for her and she had a problem with that also. Couple of days later, the girl started hounding both Pallavi and Inder Kumar with messages.
One day the model sent a message and few pictures to Inder at 1:30 in the mid-night saying she loves him and can’t live without him. She also sent some pictures in which she had slit her wrist. Looking at those pictures, Inder and Pallavi got really scared. Inder immediately called her up and tried to make her understand that he’s a married man and a father and she should not do such things as life is very precious. But she didn’t stop so Pallavi had to block both her numbers on Inder’s phone but then when the couple saw the phone in the morning there were around one hundred and seventeen miscalls from one number and ninety nine from another.
However, after few days Inder and she had an argument and Inder left home. He didn’t return for about three four days and Pallavi realized that Inder was actually staying with the model friend of his at her place.
“We all know how Bollywood industry is, when you get something on platter you always accept it and this was Inder’s mistake.” claimed Pallavi Saraf.
Now when Inder Kumar returned home on April 22, 2014 the girl also came with Inder to stay with him and then as they say rest is history.
Pallavi added, “She claims that she was raped on April 23, 2014 and April 24, 2014. If someone is kept captive and raped then that person can’t move in and out of the apartment. She even went out to get alcohol and food from outside,”
Senior Inspector Harishchandra Parmale, Versova Police Station, said, “It was Pallavi who had first come to us to complain about Inder and his association with the girl. We will look into her claims.”
Well, lets wait for the facts to come out as the next trial of the case is scheduled on April 30, 2014.
