A leading media and entertainment house, has initiated legal proceedings against actress Shruti Haasan. The actress signed a contract to be the female lead in a film starring Nagarjuna, but later pulled out of the project, citing clashes of dates.
According to the reports the media house claims that they had discussed about the dates beforehand and the schedules were planned keeping her convenience in mind.

The shooting of the movie has already begun and also the first schedule of the shooting was completed. Reportedly actress emailed that she wanted to exit the project.
The company has faced a lot of time, reputation and finances because of the heavy result by Shruti Haasan. The media house has initiated both civil and criminal proceedings against the actress.
Reportedly, according to the company, an injunction order restraining Shruti from signing any new movie has been passed.
