Recently, the paparazzi caught Salman audition a struggling singer, as he happen to meet him on the road. The actor had asked him to sing a song as part of the audition while walking with him. The actor heard him out and promised to help him in the future.
This is not the first time that he has done something like this. If one remembers then from designer Vikram Phadnis to music composer Himesh Reshammiya, Katrina Kaif to the latest Jai Ho actress Daisy Shah have got a change thanks to Salman Khan.
The recently concluded Bigg Boss 7 contents Ellie Avram and Ajaz Khan may also get plum roles thanks Salman. He feels that if one finds somebody good and has faith in that person and one should have the courage to launch him/her.

Like Helen aunty she used to be a background dancer. And you know later Helen aunty became a big star as a dancer. Daisy came in the industry as an assistant choreographer and she has also done South films. She is the right candidate to be in the film industry than some model who doesn’t speak the language and has to be trained. Daisy comes with the heroine quality because she’s a dancer and a good actor. So she deserves to be in the film industry.” stated the Super Star when asked but Daisy Shah.
