By now we all know Salman Khan’s Sultan and Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees are all set to release next year during Eid. Also there have been speculations that the big fight at the Box Office for the next year on Eid 2016 has been averted.
As earlier we reported, that Eid time is traditionally seen as time for Salman Khan’s movie, but this time 2016 is booked by Salman’s friend, Shah Rukh Khan as well. Once again both the films were speculated to clash with its releases on the big screen and it happens so.
Few days ago according to the critics, there have been speculations that Salman Khan might postpone the release of his film Sultan to Diwali but now with the latest buzz, YRF has denied all the rumours saying that the film will release during Eid itself and the shooting of the film will soon start somewhere in November.
According to the reports, YRF have no plans to shift the release date of Sultan and that ultimately means Salman’s Sultan and SRK’s Raees clash will be seen at the Box Office next year on Eid.
While Shah Rukh Khan who usually releases his films during Diwali, has broke the monotony this time and has schedule to release his film Raees in Eid 2016.
There might be chances that the films might also face challenges at the Box Office due to the clash. As both the films are under YRF banner with different directors, it seems the makers of the film will find out some strategies to avoid the clash or might increase more screens all over.
Also King Khan who was asked about the same earlier said, “We have now become friends, so we will do everything together. For you all it is clash, but not for us. We both are going to do well then. There might be a business clash but there will be equal profit for us.”
In case if Salman Khan plans to postpone Sultan for Diwali release, there might be chances that his film may again clash but this time with Ranbir Kapoor’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’.
Meanwhile, teaser of both the films are out with a huge response and have been highly appreciated. Salman would start the shooting of the film in November; while SRK has wrapped up the shooting Raees in June is currently working Rohit Shetty’s Dilwale.
