Sanjay Dutt: I Am Not A Terrorist

Sanjay Dutt[tps_footer]After visiting Siddhivinayak temple and at his mother Nargis’ grave to offer prayers, Sanjay Dutt addressed the media at his Pali Hill residence today. While addressing the media, Sanjay Dutt wholeheartedly requested everyone not to mention his name with 1993 bomb blast case as he was acquitted by the TADA court in bomb blast case.

The actor who was addressing the media with his kids and other family members around, made a frequent appeal to dissociate his name once and for all from the 1993 case. The Munnabhai MBBS actor said, “I want to request and if you all agree to it, I will be grateful and thankful.. I am not a terrorist. I have been acquitted by the TADA court in bomb blasts case and conspiracy. I was convicted under Arms Act and this has been declared by the Supreme Court as well.”

Continuing on his appeal, he further added, “I have been acquitted from all charges under Section 120 B of IPC relating to conspiracy. I have been cleared of all charges by the TADA court. I was convicted in Arms Act. I request everyone not to mention 1993 bomb blast while writing about me because I was not involved in it.”

Altogether, Dutt was supposed to spend 42 months in prison excluding his 18 months in the year 1996. Excluding his parole, Sanjay Dutt has spent more than 50 months in jail and has finally come out of the jail as a free man today morning.[/tps_footer]
