The film is none other than Sridevi’s next. According to reports, the film titled “Mom” stars two Pakistani actors Adnan Siddiqui and Sajal Ali, who will be playing Sridevi’s husband and daughter respectively.
As per reports, the makers of the film started with the shooting earlier this year in March. The remaining portion of the film was expected to be finished in Mumbai but it’s not happening anytime soon due to the ban put on Pakistani stars from coming to India. The film, which is being produced by Sridevi’s husband Boney Kapoor, has now landed in trouble and it seems, the shooting of the film have been put on hold now. The makers also have no idea about when the film will be released after the current situation.
This decision of banning Pakistani stars came after Uri terror attack in which 18 Indian soldiers died. I the wake of Uri terror attack, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has asked Pakistani actors to leave India within 48 hours.
