Reports state that Mouni Roy who has a large fan following amidst the masses is roped in for a film. The amazing actress is roped in by credible director Bejoy Nambiar. The filmmaker who is credited with the film ‘Wazir’ has reportedly cast Mouni for his next project.

Not much about the film is yet confirmed officially, but it is being said that Bejoy Nambiar’s upcoming project will be a remake of Mani Ratnam’s ‘Agni Nachathiram’. The film is a Tamil blockbuster which depicts the tale of two step brothers. ‘Agni Nachathiram’ was released in the year 1988.
The project will be an action thriller. Apart from Mouni Roy, the film will feature actors Vicky Kaushal and Harshvardhan Rane of films ‘Masaan’ and ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’ respectively.
