MUMBAI: The comic caper No Problem took a decent opening at the box office on Friday.
The multi-starrer, which is directed by Anees Bazmee and stars Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna and Sushmita Sen amongst others saw opening day net collections of approximately Rs 42.5 million (Rs 4.25 crore) in India.
On the other hand, Yash Raj Films’ Band Baajaa Baaraat was a total non-starter at the box office. The movie starring newbie Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma took in net collections of only Rs 8 million (Rs 80 lakhs) on Friday.
It remains to be seen how the two films fare over the weekend.
