[tps_footer]Internet sensation Qandeel Baloch, who was one of the first contestants of Bigg Boss season 10, was murdered by her brother in Multan on Saturday. According to reports, the actor cum model was shot dead by her younger brother as he was against her career in modeling. Reports also suggest that her brother was not okay with Qandeel getting so much of limelight over her sensational videos and social media feeds. Her family also revealed that her brother had asked Qandeel to quit modelling.

Reportedly, Qandeel was very much aware that her life was not safe and so she had fled to Multan but not disclosed her location due to security threats. Qandeel Baloch, who got much of limelight for being approached for Indian reality show Bigg Boss 10, had earlier claimed she was receiving death threats and had sought security but she received no response from the officials. The self-proclaimed model had recently taken the internet by storm after she shared a couple of selfies and a video of herself with Mufti Qawi, a former member of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee. Reportedly, Mufti Qawi was once married to Qandeel and also has a young son.
