The Pussycat Dolls to open show at the MTV Asia Awards 2008

Mumbai: The Pussycat Dolls will be performing at the MTV Asia Awards 2008 to be held on 2 August. The Grammy-nominated pop superstars will join the artist line-up for a night of music performances held at the Arena of Stars, Genting, Malaysia. Previously announced artists include Jabbawockeez, Leona Lewis, OneRepublic, Panic at the Disco, Super Junior, The Click Five and The Script.

The Pussycat Dolls will perform their latest hit single When I Grow Up for the first time in Asia at the awards. Response to the first single, from their upcoming album Doll Domination, has been overwhelming in the U.S. since it was released. With the MTV Asia Awards 2008, Asian audiences will experience a concert in typical Pussycat Dolls fashion with visually elements like fireworks displays, flashy costumes and amazing dance moves by the girls.
