Kannada star Kiccha Sudeep got extremely disturbed over the news of a fan’s untimely death recently. During the promotional procession of his film Ranna that released yesterday, a young fan named Rayappa lost his life due to electric shock. Sudeep had visited theaters in Bangalore in morning itself and was deeply saddened by the news. The actor took to his Twitter account to share his grief and made a special request to all his fans.
Kiccha Sudeep wrote, ” I pary for Rayappa’s soul to rest in peace… this is too heavy on me right now. . Too shocking…” In another tweet the Ranna actor wrote, ” I hv taken years to earn u all..Ur lives r more precious to me than those garlands n banners… pls take care n pls be safe.. I need u all.” It was certainly a very sweet way to urge his fans to take care of themselves as each of his fans are very precious to the actor.
Ranna is an official remake of Telugu film Attarintiki Daredi which was a blockbuster. Although the film is a remake, Ranna has managed to grab attention of all Kiccha fans and the actor has been receiving tremendous response right from the film’s opening day. The film also stars Rachita Ram, Haripriya, Madhoo, Prakash Raj and Sadhu Kokila amongst others. Amidst all the celebrations the loss of Rayappa comes as a very sad news. Much like actor Sudeep, we pray for him and his family.
