Bollywood actress Radhika Apte is all set to play her part in Rajinikanth starrer ‘Kabali’, for which she will start shooting in December. The film is currently being shot in Malaysia for a schedule of one month, and the cast and crew is expected to return in December. That is when Radhika Apte will be joining the crew for her shoot, as she apparently plays Rajinikanth’s wife in the film. Although the storyline has been kept under wraps, it is clear what Radhika’s role in the film will be.
As we revealed earlier, Rajinikanth will be playing double role in the film. One of a Malaysian cop and other of an underworld gangster. The film will apparently see the star as an aging gangster who has to get back to being a don in order to save his daughter’s life. Speculations were earlier being made that ‘Kabali’ might somewhat be like Hollywood hit film series ‘Taken’. Radhika Apte will be playing Rajinikanth’s wife in the film and it will be interesting to see the chemistry they share.

From all the Bollywood actresses he has previously worked with, like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonakshi Sinha and Deepika Padukone, it is safe to say that Rajinikanth’s chemistry with Ash was the best one. Now with another Bollywood face set to step in the Kollywood industry, we are waiting to see whether Radhika and Thalaivar’s chemistry in ‘Kabali’ beats all the above ones.
Team ‘Kabali’ reached Malaysia some time ago and has been shooting nonstop at the beautiful locations of the country. After creating a huge buzz about his arrival, Rajinikanth received a grand welcome by his Malaysian fans as well as political figures. The actor was recently seen in jail clothes shooting in Malacca prison. Some portions of the film will be shot in Malaysia while others will be completed in Chennai. And we suppose that is where Radhika Apte would be heading towards in December!
