Anushka Sharma and Neil Bhoopalam starrer thriller drama film NH10 released yesterday. The film had a poor start, as it only managed to pull around Rs 3.25 Crore Nett (Rs 32.5 millions) on Friday. The film showed 10% occupancy in the morning shows, but by the evening, it started to sell more tickets.
NH10 received good reviews from critics and positive reactions from the audiences too, so its not wrong to assume that as soon as the word of mouth spreads, the film might just pick up good speed at the Box Office. After all, a big film like Shamitabh had a poor start on its first day, as well.

The film, which marks Anushka‘s debut as a producer, did amazingly well in parts like Delhi, UP and East Punjab. The film earned around Rs 1 Crore Net (10 millions) in Mumbai and Pune, collectively. However, the film was not well received in Gujarat. Anushka Sharma‘s NH10 is running good at the multiplexes and doing not so great at the single screens.

Directed by Navdeep Singh, the film received A certificate from Censor Board after 9 cuts. Audiences loved Nh10’s storyline. The film tells a story of a couple’s road trip gone horribly bad. That’s not all, critics praised Anushka Sharma, who impressed everyone with her performance in PK, for her gory serious performance in the film.
Even though the film opened to a slow start, there are assumptions that as soon as the positive reviews of the film spreads out, NH10 will see growth at the Box Office. This Saturday and Sunday will mostly tell whether the film is a success or a flop.
