Mumbai: This Mother’s Day, Sahara Filmy celebrates the spirit of celluloid mothers with its Bollywood Ki Maa contest. This is the first time that Indian viewers will get an opportunity to choose the actress they feel reflects the true essence of an Indian mother.
The three choices short-listed by Filmy are Nirupa Roy, Reema Lagoo and Rakhee. They are best known for their performances in Deewar, Hum Aapke Hain Kaun and Karan Arjun respectively.
The winner gets a 3 nights-4 days stay in Goa for one’s mother, if that choice gets the maximum votes.
