MUMBAI: Music directors Vishal and Shekhar will be the judges for the second round of auditions of Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007.
Veteran composer Bappi Lahiri, as well as music directors Himesh Reshammiya and Ismail Darbar will also be the judges on the show this year, along with Vishal and Shekhar, the channel says.
The auditions will be held in Mumbai on 19 March 2007. The contestants will get an opportunity to perform in the presence of Vishal – Shekhar, who will take their pick of the finalists from the West zone.
This year, the show will also allow contestants from Dubai, New York, London, South Africa and four cities in Pakistan. Local judges will screen candidates for the contest, a channel release adds.
