MUMBAI: Bollywood superstar and legendary “thinking actor” Aamir Khan reveals that he doesn’t feel he’s a perfectionist!
At a promotional event, Aamir debunked the long-standing myth that he is a perfectionist. Seen at the felicitation ceremony for the Microsoft Talaash contest, the imp-like chocolate boy hero of yore, shattered the myth about his perfectionist ways.
“I don’t think I am perfectionist. I don’t think there is any such thing in the creative business. I don’t consider myself perfectionist,” said the talented actor, while adding that he gives his best to all his films, “I leave no stone unturned for any of my films.”
Speaking about his last film, psychological thriller ‘Talaash’, Aamir said that he found it very tough and “emotionally exhausting”.
“The role of ‘Talaash’ was tough. The loss of the son in the film was emotionally exhausting. I had to start shooting thinking something really traumatic as that would set my mood,” said a sombre Aamir.
‘Talaash’ was the 2012 film, directed by Reema Kagti, starring Aamir Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Rani Mukerji in leading roles.
