What was interesting was, that despite being absent from the event, Ranbir Kapoor overshadowed Ranveer Singh

Despite of not being present at the event, Ranbir Kapoor was the talk of the eve at All India Bakchod’s (AIB) Knockout, with all the jokes being pointed towards Ranveer Singh’s relationship with Deepika Padukone.

All India Bakchod is India’s edgiest comedy collective, who organized an event, which is a concept called ‘roast’ where celebrities willingly sport for ruthless jokes made on them. AIB Knockout roasted Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor who were present at the event.

What was interesting was, that despite being absent from the event, Ranbir Kapoor overshadowed Ranveer Singh when jokes were being made on Ranveer and praises being made for Ranbir, all thanks to Karan Johar who joined AIB for the roasting.

Some of Karan Johar’s remarkable jokes on the trio were, “What do you call a dashing superstar who has woman dying to be with? Ranbir Kapoor.” He didn’t stop there, but he took a shot at Ranveer and Arjun jointly by saying, “Arjun, once upon a time you were fat and ugly. Well done on the weight loss. You dropped those kilos just like Deepika dropped her dating standards.”

Now that was a serious case of burn from KJo the roast master! Nonetheless, everyone took the event quite sportingly and it was a riot of laughter all over. With almost 4000 people in the audience, India’s first of its kind roast was a complete success. Kudos AIB!
