Anushka Sharma’s observation skills and quick decision making ability saved a fatal accident from taking place during the shooting of her debut production NH10. As you must have seen in the trailer, most of the scenes in NH10 are total action packed ones. So a lot of scenes were shot in a real location. During the shooting of such scene, PK actress Anushka Sharma nearly escaped a fatal accident.
According to news, on a dusty stormy day, the team decided to avoid the dusty winds and continue with the shooting. A heavy moon box was suspended 150 feet in air with the help of a crane for a scene. The scene required actress Anushka to run her car towards the camera.
A unit member informed, “When Anushka began her shot, she saw the moon box, containing lights, swaying due to the storm. She noticed that the skimmer holding the moon box had torn and there was 900 kilos of lights looming over the crew. The venue was evacuated instantly. Had she not realised it on time, there would have been a disastrous accident.” Good eye, Anushka!
