There was loads of uproar when Censor Board sent out a list of cuss words hinting that any film with the following words will be given an A certificate.

The latest film to see the ugly side of Censor Board was ‘Saala Khadoos’ and the makers of the film were heard sharing that the board had a problem with the word Saala in the title. Recently, the song of the film ‘Ishq Junoon’ which is too high on intimacy was surprisingly passed by the Censor Board. The song is already in news for it’s over the top threesome act and the decision of the Censor Board is yet again in limelight.
The hypocrisy of the board is again in the forefront wherein the film ‘Aligarh’ is granted with an A certificate only because the film has the word gay. Pahlaj Nihalani who is the chief of the board has again met with great criticism for his unreasonable stance.

According to reports, the film ‘Aligarh’ which is based on the concept of homosexuality in India was given an A certificate because the board opined that it is unfit for the children to view such a topic. The irony is that the intimate act of ‘Ishq Junoon’ was passed without a blink.
