A Pivotal Scene From Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees is breaking the internet.
Shah Rukh Khan’s Raees has seen a lot of ups and downs with release dates and political involvement. Initially, the movie was schedule to release in 2016 alongside Salman Khan’s Sultan. For some reasons best known to the makers, they decided to release it in January 2017. Again it’s not a solo release! It’s clashing with Hrithik Roshan’s Kaabil.
Also, the first teaser of the movie was out in 2015 which left the fans in a limbo for over a year before the trailer and other promotional videos being released only towards the end of 2016.
This is the first time the makers have themselves leaked a scene! Well, not leaked, let’s say revealed. In fact, this video from Raees was shown during the 3rd ODI match between India and England. In this video, Raees (Shah Rukh Khan) is seen playing gully cricket with his pals including Mohammed Zeeshan Ayub. As we all know one of the rules of gully cricket is that if you hit the ball too hard, you are going to be the one to fetch it too!

In this scene, Shah Rukh hits a delivery and the ball lands in someone’s house. He asks someone else to fetch it. But when they ask if they should, he changes his stance. He says that since he has hit it that far, he should be the one getting back as well. He is seen getting teased by his friends who even call him ‘Nautanki sala’.
The background music and the Bollywood stereotypes help us guess the owner of the house – it would be Mahira Khan’s house!! Also, SRK’s body language and tidying himself off the dirt and sweat from the game, makes us aware that he is getting ready to impress someone.
Shah Rukh Khan is going all out for the promotions of this movie as he is single star who is able to promote the film (Pakistani actress, Mahira cannot come to India for the movie promotions due to the political tensions between two countries).
As a part of the promotion, Shah Rukh even took a train from Mumbai to Delhi and invited media along with him in the journey. He is also accompanied by Sunny Leone, Ritesh Sidhwani and Rahul Dholakia.
