Shatrughan Sinha To Play Sonakshi Sinha's Father In Akira, But Will Not Share Screen Space

From Real to Reel, Bollywood makes everything possible. Yes, we’ll get to see Sonakshi Sinha‘s father Shatrughan Sinha play the role of her father in reel world. Reportedly, in A R Murugadoss‘ next upcoming film Akira, Shatrughan Sinha will play Sonakshi‘s father onscreen. But if rumours are anywhere to be true, Shatrughan and Sonakshi will not share the screen space with each other.

Reportedly, Mr Sinha’s role in the film is for a short duration. So Shatrughan Sinha‘s shots are with Sonakshi‘s child character and not really with the actress. Shatrughan Sinha‘s character dies when Sonakshi is still a little baby. Later in the film, Shatrughan Sinha‘s voice guides and motivates the actress throughout the film.

However, the veteran actor have asked the makers to put at least one sequence where he shares screen space with his daughter in the film, as the audiences might not like such arrangement.

In Akira, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap will play a negative role. Director A R Murugadoss and actress Sonakshi Sinha will be working together for the second time. Earlier, the two worked in film Holiday, which also featured actor Akshay Kumar.
