MUMBAI: Bollywood beauties Jacqueline Fernandez, Dia Mirza and choreographer and director Farah Khan were spotted at the curtain raiser ceremony of the South Africa India Film and Television Awards (SAIFTA) 2013 last month. The annual SAIFTA awards which will feature several Bollywood stars, is scheduled to be held in Durban, South Africa in September 2013.
At the curtain raiser, Jacqueline was dressed in a gorgeous Anand Kabra Spring 2013 ensemble, which featured a white full-sleeved cut-out choli, red lehenga with a silk gold and bronze addition at the end and a yellow duppatta with red border. Farah was spotted in a black ensemble and Bollywood actress Dia Mirza looked ravishing in a black floor length anarkali, with white work all over and netted black dupatta.
The event was a formal announcement of the property property which ties in the two countries. SAIFTA by Celebrity Locker is the first of its kind awards ceremony which brings Bollywood to Durban and felicitates talent from both countries in the sphere of cinema and television.
