Reliance Big Entertainment in association with Dreamworks Pictures gears up for yet another big ticket release of the year, The Hundred Foot Journey.
The film is set in France and stars Helen Mirren of The Queen fame, Om Puri and Manish Dayal in the lead.
The film is directed by Lesse Hallstrom, the maker of the masterpiece Chocolat (2000) and produced by celebrated personalities such as Steven Spielberg and Oprah Winfrey. The Hundred Foot Journey tracks the story of the Kadam family who settle down in a small village of the Midi Pyrenees in France and open a traditional Indian restaurant just opposite a Michelin starred French restaurant
The film is shot extensively in the Midi Pyrenees Region in Southwest France and the film effortlessly captures the picturesque locales of the diverse region. With a setting as beautiful and formidable performances by Om Puri and Helen Mirren, The Hundred Foot Journey is a must watch for all film goers.

The India release of The Hundred Foot Journey gets an added boost with support from Atout France – France Tourism Development Agency. In a strategic move, Reliance Big Entertainment associates with Atout France to promote the film in India, adding another dimension to the movie viewing experience. Through this association, movie goers at PVR cinemas can avail a huge opportunity to visit France by participating in a simple contest. The contest is further supported by the generous participation of Air France, the Midi Pyrenees Regional Tourist Board and Hyatt Regency Paris CDG.
