Can You Believe It, Christopher Nolan Doesn't Have A Cell Phone

One of Hollywood’s most accomplished directors Christopher Nolan has revealed that he does not own a cell phone nor has he created an E-mail ID. The “Interstellar” hit-maker says he never bothered getting one for himself as not having a cell phone gives him time to think.

The Director who has given us hits like “Memento”, “Prestige”, “Batman Trilogy”, “Inception” and recently released film “Interstellar” said when he was starting out at that time not many people owned a cell phone and as the time passed by and everyone started having one, he never bothered to get it.

Nolan also added that whoever wanted to get in touch with him could do so easily as he was always surrounded by people who owned cellphones. As the director is always running on a tight schedule he is usually surrounded by people and thus anyone can contact him via those people if needed.

In an interview Nolan stated, “When I started in this business, not many people had cellphones, I didn’t have one, I never bothered to get one and I’ve been very fortunate to be working continuously, so there’s always someone around me who can tap me on the shoulder and hand me a phone if they need to. I actually really like not having one because it gives me time to think. You know, when you have a smartphone and you have 10 minutes to spare, you go on it and you start looking at stuff”

Guess now you know what you have to do to be a genius like Mr. Nolan, throw out your phones already!
