While Hugh Jackman’s wife, Deborra-Lee Furness is comfortable with him sharing screen space with almost every Hollywood actress, there’s just one star that Deborra has forbidden Hugh to star opposite to. Yes, in a recent interview, Deborra revealed that her husband Hugh Jackman is not allowed to work with Hollywood’s Ice Queen, Angelina Jolie!
While speaking on the Today Show, Deborra said, “I’ve told his agent he’s not allowed to work with Angelina (Jolie). After letting go of a small laughter, Deborra continued, “I’m sure she’s very nice and I love what she’s doing – shining a light on awareness for adoption… Just kidding!”
We have seen Hugh Jackman share some steamy scenes with actresses like Scarlett Johansson, Ashley Judd and many more on the big screen however, when it comes to Angeline Jolie, Hugh’s wife isn’t very keen on letting her husband work with the actress.

All the jokes aside, the couple also revealed their secret to a happy and long married life. The 59-year old Deborra said, “That’s the deal with this business. If you get it right, if you pick the right partner, then, you traverse all those travails and challenges.”
Hugh Jackman joined in and said that they have a rule to never stay apart from each other for more than two weeks. Deborra agreed and said smilingly, “And we don’t wanna be apart. He tells really good jokes. I mean I miss him.” Aww, that’s so adorable!
