Lindsay Lohan projects meeting and greeting fans as community service! And the prosecutor, Santa Monica Chief Deputy City Attorney, Terry White objects.
On 28th January 2015, Wednesday, lawyer Shawn Holley was representing Lindsay Lohan at the court and she argued in favour of the star who she claimed to have completed the terms of her community service sentence, which was pronounced upon her post the 2012 reckless driving criminal case. Holley submitted documents in favour of Lohan completing 80 hours of community service in nine days.

But Terry White noted that among the activities listed there, Lohan had mentioned her meeting and greeting with fans, who had come to congratulate her for the play Speed-the-Plow, which Lohan had performed for in London last year! It was also questioned that how could Lohan fill in the hours, because she was reportedly suffering of Chikungunya which she contracted over her French Polynesian vacation.
The court has given time till 18th February 2015 to verify Lohan‘s hours. If it is proved that Lohan actually didn’t complete the hours as stated in court filings, she might have to face a jail term!
