HONGKONG: Transformers director Michael Bay was attacked on the sets of his upcoming film Transformers: Age Of Extinction. Michael was shooting for the film in Hong Kong.
The man who attacked him was reportedly wielding and air conditioner Michael “ducked and wrested the air conditioner from his attacker, preventing what could have been a serious accident.”
A police statement given to the publication said that two brothers approached Michael and demanded HK$100,000 (7,92,091 rupees). No reason was given as to why the brothers asked for that amount from Michael.
Michael sustained injuries to the right side of his face, but refused medical attention. We wish Michael a speedy a recovery.
