Hollywood beauty Sarah Jessica Parker best known for her role as Carrie Bradshaw in the famous television show turned movie Sex and the City, recently set a rage on social media by dropping hints at the making of third edition of the world famous flick. Everyone including her fans, colleagues and the channel HBO itself seemed startled by it and soon the rumour mills started churning.
Sarah Jessica Parker who runs SJP Collections took to her Instagram account to post a picture of her carrying a Bloomingdale’s bag which is known for being her character, Carrie Bradshaw’s favourite shop. The actress teased the audience by posting a mysterious message that read, “Well. I guess the cat’s out of the (little brown) bag. As usual, we will keep you posted on every detail as we are able. I’m under a strict gag order until then. Xx, Sj.”
Now this was enough to give birth to the hopes of Sex and the City fans! Everyone immediately assumed that a 3rd Sex and the City film is indeed in the pipeline. Much for everyone’s disappointment, HBO Network made it pretty clear that they have no intentions of filming a third part of the beloved series. Sarah herself made an official announcement by clearing it out that all the drama was only to promote her SPJ Collections.
Sarah posted on Instagram, “”Pinch me, I’m dreaming. After months and months of sworn secrecy, I can finally shout the news from the rooftop. Or even better, from the iconic @bloomingdales awning. Welcome to New York, @sjpcollection. You’re going to love it here. Finally, a permanent home in NYC. Ps. Forgive me for any previous misunderstandings. Twenty lashes with a wet noodle. Sarah Parker almost broke the Internet with this little prank of hers! The actress cleared the air by announcing her association with Bloomingdale’s, which will be the first New York City store to carry her collection. SPJ Collections will be retailed starting mid-June.
