WHOA! Guess The Advance Booking Collections Of Star Wars: The Force Awakens?

Advance bookings for the premiere show have not only crashed the websites, but also surprised big theaters in USA and Britain where tickets are being sold. And you wouldn’t believe what the amount collected is! Well the comeback Star Wars film has managed to collect $6.5 million from its IMAX bookings alone!

Apparently the film has broken every record set by previous films in IMAX for advance bookings. $6.5 million that is Rs. 42 crores approximately. Star Wars: The Force Awakens has also sold around 10,000 tickets in the first 90 minutes at theaters in Britain. The weekend bookings of the show are being sold out faster than wildfire and this fire was set by the trailer that released yesterday.

Owing to its vast and dedicated fan following, Star Wars is returning after more than three decades which explains why everyone’s excitement seems to have no bound. At this rate ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens‘ is definite to shatter all opening records leaving films like Hunger Games and Jurassic Park that set records at the box office for its opening weekend collections.

Online sites are being crashed by a rush of Star Wars fans who just want to get their hands on the premiere ticket at any cost! In less than 24 hours Star Wars has created the kind of buzz Hollywood has not seen in quite a while. Well The Force has definitely Awaken! ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ is the 7th episode in the series of films released till date. The trailer gives us glimpses of the lead characters Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, Darth Vedar and Princess Leia among others.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ is all set to release on December 18, 2015 in USA. The film is also known as ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ which is being made after the last episode ‘Star Wars: Episode VI – Return of the Jedi’ made in the year 1983. The grand visuals and intense storyline showed in the trailers along with the enthralling music proves that the film is promising to its core.
