Tamil superstar Suriya surely knows how to keep his fans in anticipation. The actor’s next venture ‘Singam 3’ with director Hari is already making quite a buzz even before the film’s shooting. According to the latest scoop, ‘Singam 3’ is all set to be shot in worldwide beautiful locations of four different countries! Which indicates that the third installment of the ‘Singam’ franchise is all set to surpass the grandeur of its prequels.
From what we hear, apart from India, the film will be shot in Africa, Australia and Paris. Covering 4 different continents of the world, Suriya’s ‘Singam 3’ will showcase beautiful locations worldwide. Shooting of the film is expected to start a while after the ‘Masss’ actor finishes the shoot of his film ‘24’ with director Vikram Kumar. According to further reports, Indian locations shortlisted for the film include Karaikudi in Tamil Nadu and some parts of Andhra Pradesh. While the vital parts of the film will be shot in Australia, shooting of the film’s climax will go down in the beautiful city of Paris.
Earlier director Hari Gopalakrishnan had revealed that ‘Singam 3’ will be having close connections with the first two parts of the film. This news created a wave among Suriya fans who are eagerly waiting for the next part starring him and actress Anushka. ‘Singam’ and ‘Singam 2’ have proved to be a commercial success which makes it all the more interesting as actress Shruti Haasan has also joined the cast.
Shruti Haasan and Suriya had previously shared the screen space in 2011’s fictional thriller film ‘7th Sense’ written by AR Murugadoss. Despite the film’s poor performance at box office, the pairing of Shruti and Suriya gained massive fan following. After a span of almost four years the duo’s comeback as an onscreen couple will surely be refreshing for the audiences.
Reportedly the film will be produced by Suriya’s 2D Entertainment who produced its prequel as well. The ‘Singam’ series being one of Suriya’s highest grossing films, the anticipation has already increased. Director Hari will be giving actress Anushka Shetty a special role owing to her previous relationship with the ‘Singam’ series. No official announcement about the remaining cast has yet been made.
