MUMBAI: Veteran actor Mithun Chakraborty will soon be seen in two Bengali films, Ak Nadir Golpa directed by Sameer Chanda, and the sequel to 2006 hit MLA Phatakeshto by Swapan Saha, both of which are ready for release.
Chakraborty’s recent release, Harnath Chakraborty’s Tullkalam, has also been a hit at the box-office.
A national award-winning actor, Chakraborty has delivered some of the biggest hits in Tollywood, including Juddho, MLA Phatakeshto and Tullkalam. He has even acted in offbeat films like Buddhadeb Dasgupta’s Tahader Katha, Rituparno Ghosh’s Titli and Goutam Ghose’s Gudia.
